Hello and welcome to my about me page! As a graduating senior industrial design student from the University of Minnesota, I have spent the past few years honing my skills and developing a keen eye for design. My passion for creating things and finding creative solutions to problems has been a driving force behind my pursuit of this degree.
Throughout my academic journey, I have worked on a wide range of design projects, from conceptualizing innovative product forms to developing sustainable toy design solutions. I have also gained extensive experience with design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, SolidWorks, and Keyshot.
In addition to my academic pursuits, I have also sought out opportunities to gain real-world experience in the design field. I have completed 3 internships with companies from various industries, where I have had the chance to work alongside experienced designers and contribute to real-world projects.
When I'm not working on design projects, you can usually find me outdoors. I absolutely love spending time in nature and taking on new challenges. Climbing is one of my favorite activities, and I'm always looking for new mountains to conquer. I'm also an avid skier and enjoy hitting the slopes whenever I get the chance. I'm always looking for new places to explore. Whether it's a weekend camping trip or taking a road trip across the country, I love immersing myself in new experiences.
On weekends, I enjoy taking on various handy projects. From building furniture to fixing up old cars, I love using my hands to create something from scratch. It's a great way to unwind and stay creative outside of my design work.
Thank you for taking the time to learn a little bit about me. I'm excited for what the future holds and can't wait to see where my passion for design and adventure takes me next!
